Owner, Patrick Madden, has over 25 years of experience in various construction trades, practicing law, managing compliance for a Fortune 500 financial services company, and managing real estate investment properties. His knowledge gained from work in the trades, combined with his professional background, provide the foundation for an approach that places quality above all else.
PERSONALIZED APPROACH
The majority of CPS's clients are owners or managers of custom cabins in the Appalachian hill country of the Hocking Hills region. We understand and appreciate the unique visions for these cabins and enjoy working to create spaces that are truly one of a kind. We also know that the terrain and character in the area can present unique challenges...and we are experienced in finding innovative ways to get the job done right.
